Welcome to the Morocco Heritage Project, a digital archive preserving the Jewish history of Tangiers, Morocco. Inspired by my family's journey from Tangiers to Canada, this project began as a personal quest to understand my grandparents' past. The goal of the project is to digitize the Jewish community of Tangier’s historical records, transforming them into an accessible database. This project offers a unique glimpse into the once-thriving Jewish community of Tangiers, connecting families to their heritage and keeping memories alive.
